FaceGlam by JogazaDelete Your Data
FaceGlam does not use accounts, so there is no account to delete. This page explains where your data is kept and how to have it removed.
1. Data on your device
Your photos, saved looks, profile name, beauty profile and settings are stored on your phone. You can delete them yourself at any time:
- Delete a single look: open it from Your looks and tap Delete this look.
- Delete everything: go to Profile, tap Reset App at the bottom, then confirm.
- Uninstall FaceGlam to remove everything it stored on the device.
2. Request deletion from Jogaza
To delete data that has left your device, email support@jogaza.com with the subject FaceGlam data deletion. Because there are no accounts, please include what helps us find your data:
- The approximate dates you used FaceGlam, and whether you used it on iPhone or Android
- Your device's advertising ID, if you want us to ask our analytics and advertising partners to delete data linked to it (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iPhone: not available unless you allowed tracking)
We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Usage records in our database (Supabase): the anonymous user ID and the count of AI requests used for daily free limits.
- Attribution and event data linked to your advertising ID at AppsFlyer and Meta, when you give us the ID; we submit deletion requests to them.
4. What is kept
- Photos are not stored on our servers. When you use the AI features, they are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic and Google Gemini) to return your results and are not kept by Jogaza, so there is nothing for us to delete.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) as required for billing, refunds and tax law. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
