Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and contact information, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with our services or when you choose to participate in various activities related to our services.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access our services, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing our services.

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect.

Face Data and Photos (FaceGlam App)

What face data we collect: When you use the FaceGlam app, we collect facial images (photos) that you take using the app's camera feature. These photos are used for AI-powered skin analysis and personalized beauty recommendations.

How we use face data: Your facial photos are used exclusively to:

• Perform AI-powered skin analysis using Google's Gemini AI
• Generate personalized beauty and skincare recommendations
• Enable virtual makeup try-on functionality
• Store your photos locally on your device for before and after tracking (until you choose to delete them)

Third-party AI processing: When you request skin analysis or beauty recommendations, your photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI service for analysis. Google processes the image to generate personalized recommendations based on your facial features and skin characteristics. Google's processing of your data is governed by Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

Data retention - Our servers: We do NOT store your facial photos on our servers. Photos are sent to Google Gemini for analysis and the recommendations are returned to your device, but we do not retain copies of your photos.

Data retention - Google Gemini: When your photo is processed by Google Gemini, Google may temporarily store the image as part of their API processing. According to Google's policies, images sent to Gemini API are not used to train Google's models and are deleted after processing. However, we recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy for complete details on their data handling practices.

Data retention - Your device: Photos you take are stored locally on your device and remain there until you choose to delete them. You have full control over these photos and can delete them at any time through the app settings or by deleting individual photos.

Your control: You can:

• Choose when to take photos and request analysis
• Delete any saved photos from your device at any time
• Stop using the AI analysis features if you prefer not to share photos with Google Gemini

FaceGlam Photo and AI Analysis Usage

Photos collected through the FaceGlam app are used exclusively for the following purposes:

• AI-powered facial analysis using Google Gemini to determine skin type, face shape, and features
• Generating personalized beauty and skincare recommendations based on AI analysis
• Rendering virtual makeup try-on effects on your device
• Storing photos locally on your device for before and after comparisons (until you choose to delete them)

Important: When you request AI analysis, your photo is sent to Google Gemini AI for processing. We do not store copies of your photos on our servers. Photos remain on your device under your control and can be deleted at any time.

By Law or to Protect Rights

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.

Important Note for FaceGlam Users: When you use the AI analysis features in FaceGlam, your facial photos are sent to Google Gemini AI for processing. This is necessary to provide you with personalized beauty recommendations. Google's handling of your data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not store your facial photos on our servers or share them with any other third parties besides Google Gemini for AI analysis purposes.

How We Request Camera Permission

When you first launch a feature that requires camera access, the app will display the standard iOS permission dialog requesting access to your camera. You can choose to allow or deny this permission.

If you initially deny camera access but later wish to use camera-dependent features, the app will inform you that camera access is required and provide a link to your device Settings where you can enable camera permissions.

What Happens to Camera Data

The camera is used to capture photos for analysis. When you take a photo in the app:

• The photo is stored locally on your device for your reference
• If you request AI analysis, the photo is sent to Google Gemini AI for processing
• The AI returns personalized recommendations to your device
• Virtual makeup effects are applied on your device
• You can delete any saved photos at any time through the app

Important: We do not store your photos on our servers. Photos are stored only on your device and are sent to Google Gemini only when you request AI analysis. You have full control to delete photos from your device at any time.

FaceGlam Specific Rights

For FaceGlam users, you have complete control over your data:

• You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device Settings
• All photos are stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time through the app settings
• You can choose not to use AI analysis features if you prefer not to send photos to Google Gemini
• Since we do not store your photos on our servers, there are no photos to request deletion of from our systems
• For data processed by Google Gemini, you may contact Google directly regarding their data practices

General Data

We retain your personal information (such as account details, email addresses, and transaction history) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Photos and Face Data (FaceGlam)

Our servers: We do NOT store your facial photos on our servers. Photos are sent to Google Gemini for AI analysis when you request recommendations, but we do not retain copies.

Google Gemini: When you request AI analysis, your photo is sent to Google Gemini AI. According to Google's policies, images sent to Gemini API are not used to train their models and are deleted after processing. For specific retention details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

Your device: Photos you take are stored locally on your device and remain there until you choose to delete them. You have complete control and can delete photos at any time through the app settings.
