Bible Note by JogazaDelete Your Data
Bible Note does not use accounts, so there is no account to delete. This page explains where your data is kept and how to have it removed.
1. Data on your device
Your notes, recordings, flashcards, prayer journal and settings are stored on your phone. You can delete them yourself at any time:
- Delete a single note from the note's menu in the app.
- Uninstall Bible Note to remove everything it stored on the device.
2. Request deletion from Jogaza
To delete data that has left your device, email support@jogaza.com with the subject Bible Note data deletion. Because there are no accounts, please include what helps us find your data:
- The titles and approximate dates of the recordings or imports you want removed
- Your device's advertising ID, if you want us to ask our analytics and advertising partners to delete data linked to it (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iPhone: not available unless you allowed tracking)
We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Transcripts and summaries of your recordings that we keep on our servers (Supabase) so they can be shared and reopened.
- Audio files and transcripts held by our speech-to-text provider (AssemblyAI); we request their deletion.
- Attribution and event data linked to your advertising ID at AppsFlyer and Meta, when you give us the ID; we submit deletion requests to them.
4. What is kept
- Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) as required for billing, refunds and tax law. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
- Transcripts of public YouTube videos are shared across all users and are not personal data, so they are not deleted.
- Questions sent to the AI features are processed by our AI providers to answer them and are not stored by Jogaza.
